This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased directly from Cannon-Lear Publishing through books.cannonco.net. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping.
Print-on-Demand Production
Many physical books are produced on demand after an order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated production and delivery dates shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Available shipping services and charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product, quantity, production location, and available carriers. Shipping options may change based on carrier availability and fulfillment capabilities.
Order Processing
Orders are submitted for production and fulfillment after payment and required order checks are completed. Once a print-on-demand order has entered production, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or requires reshipment because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional production or shipping charges may apply to the extent permitted by law.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available from the fulfillment provider or carrier. Not every shipping service or destination includes end-to-end tracking.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may also cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, contains a materially defective or incorrect product, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact cannonco@cannonco.net as soon as reasonably possible. For damaged products, please retain the packaging and provide the order number and photographs when requested. Remedies are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.
Bulk and Institutional Orders
Bulk, university, library, bookstore, government, conference, or organizational orders may use separate freight, production, delivery, or receiving arrangements. Shipping terms stated in an accepted quote, purchase order, invoice, or contract control when they differ from this Policy.
Returns
Do not mail products to our business mailing address unless Cannon-Lear Publishing specifically provides written return instructions. Our mailing address is not automatically a merchandise-return facility.
